1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using testdisconline.com (the “Website”) and/or the LeaderDisc platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.

2) Definitions & Scope

“We”, “us”, “our” refer to LeaderDisc, the Service Provider operating the Website. “You” or “User” means any visitor, purchaser, or account holder. These Terms govern Website use, purchases of DISC reports (including the 17‑page professional report), and any access to the Platform for completing assessments and retrieving results.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4) Purchases, Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in EUR for visitors located in Spain/EU and may appear in USD for Latin America/US based on geolocation. Final price, applicable taxes, and currency will be confirmed at checkout. We may modify prices at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders. Payment is processed securely via third‑party processors (e.g., PayPal). You must provide accurate billing details for invoicing (name, surname, tax ID/DNI/CIF, and postal address where applicable).

5) Delivery of Digital Content

After purchase, you will receive access to complete the assessment (if not completed yet) and/or a downloadable PDF with your results. In most cases delivery is immediate or by email link shortly after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your report within a reasonable time, please contact us at the address above.

6) Refunds, Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

Given the nature of digital personalized content, once the assessment code has been used and/or the report has been generated, the order is generally non‑refundable. If you purchased by mistake and have not used the code nor accessed the report, contact us within 14 days and we will assess your request in line with applicable consumer laws. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

7) Use of the LeaderDisc Platform

The Platform enables Users to complete DISC assessments and access reports. You agree to provide truthful responses and to use the Platform only for legitimate purposes (e.g., personal development, HR selection, leadership training). We may suspend or terminate access where we detect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

8) Intellectual Property & License

The Website, Platform, assessments, graphics, trademarks, and all related content are owned by LeaderDisc or licensed to us. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the generated report for your internal or personal purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or make the report publicly available without our prior written consent.

9) User Content & Feedback

Any comments, feedback, or testimonials you submit may be used to improve our services and, where you explicitly consent, for marketing purposes. You remain the owner of your content; by submitting, you grant us a limited license to use it for the stated purposes.

10) Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or bulk downloading of reports.
• No sharing of access credentials or resale of assessment codes.
• No unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory use of the Platform or reports.
• When used in HR processes, you are responsible for lawful and fair use with candidates and employees, including transparent communication and respect for applicable employment laws.

11) Third‑Party Services

We rely on third‑party providers (e.g., hosting services, payment processors) to operate the Website. Their terms and privacy policies apply where relevant. We are not responsible for third‑party websites linked from the Website.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website, Platform, and reports are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error‑free. Our DISC assessments support decision‑making but do not replace professional judgment, coaching, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaderDisc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Website, Platform, or reports. In any case, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LeaderDisc harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third‑party rights.

16) Governing Law & Disputes
